Straight answers about paying
When do I pay?
After the free workshop, only if you enroll. Billing starts with her first class. Card handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
What happens if I cancel mid-year?
Monthly: your access runs to the end of the paid month, then stops. Annual: pro-rated refund of unused full months. Her portfolio and project files are hers to keep either way — exported on request, always.
Does the founding rate ever go up on me?
No. Founding families keep $99/mo for the entire first year, and annual founding families lock it for year two as well. The rate only rises for families who join after founding cohorts fill.
Do you offer refunds beyond the first month?
The first-month guarantee is automatic. Beyond that, cancel anytime and simply stop paying — that's the honest version of a refund policy. If something exceptional happens, email us and we'll be human about it.
